There’s a fresh breeze at Ballarini Interni, a sense of renewal and freshness, like a springtime wind. The Veronese company, founded in 1946 by Guido and Ottorino Ballarini, is opening its doors to a new generation, embracing a new frontier of design. We discussed this with Alberto Cetti, the new partner and CEO of Ballarini Interni.
“Our territory is recognized worldwide for the excellence of its small enterprises, which, from the post-war period to today, have driven not only the social and economic growth of our nation but also a distinctive way of doing business. Unfortunately, this same territory often struggles with generational transitions. Confindustria Verona data shows that in 2025, 92% of SMEs will not survive the first generation change.”
This is not the story of our Ballarini, founded in 1946 by the brothers Guido and Ottorino, and managed and grown for 35 years by Roberto, Flavio, and Giuseppe. The new Ballarini has officially completed its third generational transition in recent weeks, with Nicolò and Lucia, children of Giuseppe, joining the capital and management roles, alongside me as CEO.
Analyzing the timing, it was felt that this was the right moment to transfer governance to the next generation, who have lived the company’s daily challenges for over twenty years, mastering its mechanisms and now aiming to bring energy and new entrepreneurial visions. Today’s market demands continuous stimulation, both in terms of competitiveness and quality and technological development.

We are very pleased to announce that Ballarini Interni will be opening new locations in the Verona area, aiming to better meet customer needs, adhere to market standards, and offer distinctive support—not only through people, spaces, and partner companies, but also by implementing digital tools to assist clients in selecting the comfort of their homes or businesses.
Confident in a bright future, we would like to thank Flavio and Roberto for their years of entrepreneurial service, wishing them a peaceful journey ahead.
We send our best wishes to Giuseppe, Nicolò, Lucia, and Alberto for the many challenges that tomorrow will bring, confident that you will respond with clarity, positivity, unity, and freshness.
Finally, we extend our warmest congratulations to the new executive team of Ballarini Interni, for a future that will undoubtedly be bright and successful, as always ahead of its time.
Wishing you a wonderful journey.
