When the available setting is a stunning green hillside overlooking the blue waters of Lake Garda, the concept of living can only be approached with simplicity and delicacy.
The project by Studio Campanardi, commissioned by Immobiliare Magri, integrates linear and simple forms into the sloping terrain facing the eastern side of Lake Garda, near Torri del Benaco. The central theme of the project is transparency and the seamless integration between the interior living spaces and the natural light from the surrounding environment.
The interior design features walls in white or light gray tones, reflecting and amplifying the abundant light entering through the continuous glass walls that frame views of the lake.
The furnishing solution, curated by Ballarini Interni, is a careful alternation of surfaces and colors on a white base. In the spacious living room, a light tone spreads uniformly, highlighted by furnishing elements, each distinguished by its specific color and material. The ash-gray sofa, the hazelnut-colored wooden dining table, and the darker wood kitchen cabinetry stand out.
The result is a balanced interplay that makes the space comfortable while preserving its distinct personality.
In a second design solution for the kitchen and dining area, we again see a contrast between the base color, white, and the functional surfaces in a unique material, wood, used for the cabinets in the cooking area and the dining table top.
No detail is overlooked, and the furnishing elements feature meticulous finishes. The interior design is enriched with rugs, cushions, lamps, and ornaments, each carefully placed and selected for its expressiveness and ability to enhance the environment, improving the overall living experience.
